Lantmäteriet is the authority that maps Sweden. Our tasks also include registering and securing the ownership of all properties and managing their boundaries. We are now looking for you who have a strong social commitment.

In Sweden, there are 3.4 million registered properties. With us, you can contribute to securing the ownership of Sweden's properties by ensuring that the information in the property register is accurate. You can also provide service to our customers and disclose information in a legally secure manner. Your work lays the foundation for a functioning credit and real estate market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In your daily work, you will handle cases that vary in scope and complexity; some are simple and quick while others take more time. You analyze and assess different types of documentation, request additional information via phone, email, and mail in contact with individuals and organizations. With the support of laws and regulations, you make assessments and decisions. Your work includes oral and written communication with individuals, organizations, and other authorities.

Together with the team, you plan your own workday and manage your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. The work is qualified, and you learn and gain new knowledge continuously alongside your colleagues in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone with a legal education. Alternatively, you have completed independent courses in family law/property law or have work experience deemed equivalent, e.g., from the banking or real estate sector. You have the ability to comprehend written information and apply it in practice, as well as communicate in Swedish both in writing and verbally.

Experience in case management at an authority is an advantage.

Your personal qualities are essential for succeeding in this job. We work in teams, so it is important that you enjoy collaborating with others. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is cooperative, considerate, and flexible. For the position, it is also important that you have your own drive and the ability to work towards goals and do what is necessary to achieve them in a structured manner.

The position is security classified, which means that you must be a Swedish citizen and that a security review with a background check and security interview will be conducted before employment.
